Privacy Policy

GOLDEN DOG Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”) establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as this “Policy”) regarding the handling of users’ personal information in the application “Soranoko” (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) provided by the Provider.

Article 1 (Information We Collect)

The App may collect and use the following information:

  1. Image data uploaded by the user.
  2. Text data regarding the pet’s name and characteristics entered by the user.
  3. Usage data such as device information, OS version, and usage logs.

Article 2 (Purpose of Use)

The collected information is used for the following purposes:

  1. To train AI models and generate images.
  2. To provide and operate the App’s services.
  3. To respond to user inquiries.
  4. To prevent unauthorized use and resolve issues.

Article 3 (Handling of Image Data and Third-Party Provision)

  1. The App transmits image data uploaded by the user to servers of third-party image generation AI service providers (such as Fal.ai) solely for the purpose of image generation and AI model training.
  2. The transmitted image data is used strictly for the image generation processing by the said AI service and will not be provided, disclosed, or sold to third parties for any other purpose.
  3. Except as required by law, the Provider will not provide personal information to third parties without the user’s consent.

Article 4 (Information Management)

The Provider takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of user information. We provide mechanisms where uploaded image data and generated AI models are automatically deleted after a certain period or can be deleted by the user’s operation.

Article 5 (Changes to Privacy Policy)

The content of this Policy may be changed without prior notice to the user, except for matters otherwise specified by law or this Policy.

プライバシーポリシー

株式会社GOLDEN DOG（以下，「提供者」といいます。）は，提供者が提供するアプリケーション「Soranoko」（以下，「本アプリ」といいます。）における，ユーザーの個人情報の取扱いについて，以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下，「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。

第1条（収集する情報）

本アプリでは、以下の情報を収集・利用する場合があります。

  1. ユーザーがアップロードした画像データ
  2. ユーザーが入力したペットの名前や特徴に関するテキストデータ
  3. 端末情報、OSバージョン、利用ログ等の利用状況データ

第2条（利用目的）

収集した情報の利用目的は以下のとおりです。

  1. AIモデルの学習および画像の生成を行うため
  2. 本アプリのサービスの提供・運営のため
  3. ユーザーからのお問い合わせに対応するため
  4. 不正利用の防止およびトラブル解決のため

第3条（画像データの取り扱いと第三者提供）

  1. 本アプリは、画像の生成およびAIモデルの学習を行うために、ユーザーがアップロードした画像データを、画像生成AIサービスを提供する第三者（Fal.ai等）のサーバーへ送信します。
  2. 送信された画像データは、当該AIサービスによる画像生成処理のみに使用され、本目的以外で第三者に提供・公開されることはありません。
  3. 提供者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーの同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

第4条（情報の管理）

提供者は、ユーザー情報の漏洩、滅失の防止その他安全管理のために必要かつ適切な措置を講じます。アップロードされた画像データおよび生成されたAIモデルは、一定期間経過後に自動的に削除される、またはユーザーの操作により削除できる仕組みを提供します。

第5条（プライバシーポリシーの変更）

本ポリシーの内容は，法令その他本ポリシーに別段の定めのある事項を除いて，ユーザーに通知することなく変更することができるものとします。
