Terms of Service

This Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) sets forth the conditions for the use of the application “Soranoko” (hereinafter referred to as the “App”) provided by GOLDEN DOG Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”). Registered users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) must use the App in accordance with these Terms.

Article 1 (Applicability)

These Terms shall apply to all relationships related to the use of the App between the User and the Provider.

Article 2 (Service Description)

The App is a service that generates new images using AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology based on pet photo data uploaded by the User.

Article 3 (Fees and Payment)

  1. When purchasing paid content (such as image generation tickets) within the App, Users shall pay using the payment methods defined by Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
  2. Paid content provided in the App is “consumable” digital content. Accordingly, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be made after purchase, except as prescribed by the platform (App Store / Google Play) regulations.

Article 4 (Disclaimer regarding AI Generation)

  1. While the App uses advanced AI technology, the Provider does not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or specific resemblance to a particular pet in the generated images.
  2. Due to the nature of AI, generated images may contain unnatural depictions (e.g., incorrect number of limbs, distorted patterns, background artifacts). Users shall use the service with an understanding of these characteristics.
  3. Even if the generation results differ from the User’s expectations regarding quality or resemblance, consumed tickets or fees will not be refunded or returned.

Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)

Users must not engage in the following acts when using the App:

  1. Acts that violate laws or public order and morals.
  2. Acts related to criminal activities.
  3. Uploading photos of human faces (for deepfakes, etc.), obscene images, or other images that may cause discomfort to third parties.
  4. Uploading images that infringe on the copyright, portrait rights, or privacy of third parties.
  5. Acts that destroy or interfere with the functions of the App’s server or network.
  6. Other acts deemed inappropriate by the Provider.

Article 6 (Usage Restrictions and Account Termination)

If a User violates any provision of these Terms, the Provider may restrict the User’s use of the App or terminate the User’s registration without prior notice.

Article 7 (Modification of Service)

The Provider may change the content of the App or discontinue the App without notifying the User, and shall not be liable for any damages caused to the User by such actions.

Article 8 (Changes to Terms of Service)

The Provider may modify these Terms at any time without notifying the User if deemed necessary.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

  1. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  2. In the event of any dispute regarding the App, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Provider shall be the exclusive agreed court of jurisdiction.

利用規約

この利用規約（以下，「本規約」といいます。）は、株式会社GOLDEN DOG（以下，「提供者」といいます。）が提供するアプリケーション「Soranoko」（以下，「本アプリ」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。登録ユーザーの皆さま（以下，「ユーザー」といいます。）には，本規約に従って，本アプリをご利用いただきます。

第1条（適用）

本規約は，ユーザーと提供者との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されるものとします。

第2条（本アプリの内容）

本アプリは、ユーザーがアップロードしたペットの写真データを元に、AI（人工知能）技術を用いて新たな画像を生成するサービスです。

第3条（利用料金および支払い）

  1. ユーザーは、本アプリ内の有料コンテンツ（画像生成チケット等）を購入する場合、Apple Inc.またはGoogle LLCが定める決済手段を用いて支払うものとします。
  2. 本アプリで提供される有料コンテンツは「消費型」のデジタルコンテンツです。購入後の返金、返品、交換は、プラットフォーム（App Store/Google Play）の規定に基づく場合を除き、原則として行いません。

第4条（AI生成に関する免責事項）

  1. 本アプリは高度なAI技術を使用していますが、生成される画像の品質、正確性、または特定のペットへの類似性を保証するものではありません。
  2. AIの特性上、生成された画像において、手足の数、模様、背景などに不自然な描写が含まれる場合があります。ユーザーはこれを理解した上で本サービスを利用するものとします。
  3. 生成結果がユーザーの期待する品質や類似度と異なった場合であっても、消費されたチケット等の返還や返金は行われません。

第5条（禁止事項）

ユーザーは，本アプリの利用にあたり，以下の行為をしてはなりません。

  1. 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
  2. 犯罪行為に関連する行為
  3. 人物の顔写真（ディープフェイク目的等）、わいせつな画像、その他第三者に不快感を与える画像をアップロードする行為
  4. 第三者の著作権、肖像権、プライバシーなどを侵害する画像をアップロードする行為
  5. 本アプリのサーバーまたはネットワークの機能を破壊したり，妨害したりする行為
  6. その他，提供者が不適切と判断する行為

第6条（利用制限および登録抹消）

提供者は，ユーザーが本規約のいずれかの条項に違反した場合，事前の通知なく，ユーザーに対して本アプリの利用を制限し，またはユーザー登録を抹消することができるものとします。

第7条（サービス内容の変更等）

提供者は，ユーザーに通知することなく，本アプリの内容を変更しまたは本アプリの提供を中止することができるものとし，これによってユーザーに生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。

第8条（利用規約の変更）

提供者は，必要と判断した場合には，ユーザーに通知することなくいつでも本規約を変更することができるものとします。

第9条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

  1. 本規約の解釈にあたっては，日本法を準拠法とします。
  2. 本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には，提供者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。
